14 Year veteran at CA Technologies, one of the world’s largest software companies, creating software that enables businesses to seize the opportunities of the application economy—where every business is in the software business.

Within CA Technologies, Charles has been in a leadership role for the centralized Tools Services team for the past several years. During that time Charles has led the deployment & enablement of many of the standard development tools used inside of CA. As part of the enablement process for the standard tooling, Charles regularly enters into consulting engagements with business units and product teams assisting them in modeling/improving their lean/agile development practices, and building out optimized Continuous Delivery pipelines.

Previous roles in CA include development leadership, architecture & coding.

Prior to joining CA Technologies, Charles was a founding member/coder for two successful startups. The first AnyDay.com was sold to Palm, Inc. in 1999 and the second Adjoin Solutions Inc. was sold to CA in 2003. He also spent his early career as a developer/consultant for an IBM Business partner, after graduating from Colgate University in 1996.
